Australia's Brightstar jumps on diamond drilling commencement in Victoria

** Shares of Brightstar Resources  BTR.AX  rise as much as
7.1% to A$0.015, their biggest intraday gain since Dec. 14
    ** Gold developer says diamond drilling program has
commenced at Cork Tree Well at the Laverton Gold Project in
Victoria
    ** Reports assays for reverse circulation drilling completed
in Q4 2023 at Menzies Gold Project in Western Australia is due
imminently
    ** Stock was largely flat in 2023 and has gained 11.8% so
far this year
