    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday percentage decline since
Feb. 13
    ** Gold explorer announces the resignation of its managing
director, Tony Schreck
    ** About 227,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of around 144,000
    ** Stock down 31.6% YTD, based on last close
