** Exchange operator BSE BSEL.NS to replace IT major Wipro WIPR.NS on the Nifty 50 .NSEI index as part of the rejig
** Nuvama estimates BSE could attract about $695 million of inflows from Nifty 50 inclusion
** BSEL down 1% on Tuesday after gaining 4% in the previous session
** Nifty rejig to result in net outflows worth $149 million for WIPR after Nifty Next 50 inclusion, Nuvama says
** WIPR down 0.2% after dropping 1% in the previous session
** YTD, BSEL up 35.3% while WIPR down ~30%
