Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Further to the Company's announcement of  2 April 2026, BSF Enterprise PLC
(LSE: BSFA) ("BSF" or the "Company"), a global pioneer in lab-grown tissues
and sustainable biotechnology, announces that it has today posted a circular
(the "Circular"), containing a notice of general meeting, to shareholders.

The general meeting will be held at the offices of Bowsprit Partners Limited,
Birchin Court, 20 Birchin Lane, Bank, London, EC3V 9DU, United Kingdom at
11.00 a.m. on 8 June 2026 (the "General Meeting").

The Circular and Form of Proxy are available on the Company's website at
www.bsfenterprise.com (http://www.bsfenterprise.com/) .

The Circular sets out details of the resolutions to be proposed at the General
Meeting, including resolutions to renew and increase the directors'
authorities to allot shares and to disapply statutory pre-emption rights. The
proposed authorities are intended principally to facilitate the Company's
existing share issuance obligations and other matters described in the
Circular.
