Sept 4(Reuters) - Melco Holdings Inc  6676.T  
     
    * Says it signed an agreement to fully acquire Shimadaya 
Corporation, which is engaged in manufacture and sales of 
noodles and related foodstuff, through stock swap 
    * Says one share of Shimadaya will be exchanged for 0.395 
shares of the company (3.8 million shares in total), effective
