** Co reports Q4 EPS of $1.26, beating estimates of $1.22 - data compiled by LSEG

** Sees annual sales rising in mid-single percentage range vs. estimates of a 4.6% rise, while Q4 revenue of $154.5 million narrowly misses estimates of $155.71

** Co says CEO Sharon Price John will retire in June, to be succeeded by chief operations and experience officer Chris Hurt

** Stock has fallen 29% YTD
