DIRECTOR DECLARATION

 

 

Burberry Group plc (the "Company") announces that Alessandra Cozzani,
Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an
Independent Non-Executive Director of Brembo NV, a global mobility innovation
company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, with effect from today's date.

 

This disclosure is made in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R (2).
