Notification of Transactions By Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

 

Burford Capital Limited ("Burford"), the leading global finance and asset management firm focused on law, provides the following notification of various transactions by a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").

 

On December 1, 2025, 2.378485% and 1.734245% interests in Jonathan Molot LLC ("JM LLC"), a company which is controlled by Burford's Chief Investment Officer Jonathan Molot and which holds 6,000,000 Shares, were transferred from Jonathan T. Molot November 2023 Trust and Jonathan T. Molot November 2024 Trust, respectively, to Mr. Molot. Also, on December 1, 2025, Mr. Molot transferred a 4.112730% interest in JM LLC to Jonathan T. Molot December 2025 Trust.

 

These transactions do not change the beneficial ownership of Shares held by Mr. Molot, his family members and trusts established, and companies controlled, by Mr. Molot. Ongoing annual movement of ownership interests in JM LLC back-and-forth between Mr. Molot and annual trusts established by Mr. Molot, of which he and his family members are the beneficiaries, is expected as a normal part of Mr. Molot's US estate planning.

 

The Notification of Dealing Forms for each of the transactions set forth above are included at the end of this announcement.
