BURFORD CAPITAL LIMITED

 

Notification of transaction by person discharging managerial responsibility

 

Burford Capital Limited, the leading global finance and asset management firm
focused on law, has been notified of certain transactions in Burford's
ordinary shares of nil par value ("Shares") by Andrea Muller, non-executive
director.

 

Ms Muller purchased 10,000 Shares on the New York Stock Exchange between June
21 and June 23, 2022, at an average price of $8.88 per Share.

 

The Notification of Dealing Form for the transactions mentioned above is
