RESULT OF AGM
Burford Capital Limited ("Burford Capital" or "Burford" or "the Company"), a leading global finance firm focused on law, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting today were approved by shareholders.
Among other matters, shareholders unanimously approved the dividend payment of 5.67 per share. That dividend will be payable on 17 June 2016 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on Friday 27 May 2016.
