** Shares of Australia's Burley Minerals  BUR.AX  rise as
much as 16.1% to A$0.18, marking their biggest intraday pct gain
since Sept. 19
    ** BUR at its highest level since Nov. 21
    ** The iron and base metals miner says intersected
high-value premium caesium-bearing mineral at Chubb Central
Project, Canada 
    ** Caesium-bearing mineral classified as critical by U.S.,
Canada but rarely available in economic deposits used for
industrial development; mainly used as oil well fluid - BUR
    ** Stock currently up ~6.5%, trimming YTD losses to 25%
