** Shares of China-based nursery products maker Butong Group 6090.HK surge as much as 41% to HK$100.4 on Hong Kong debut

** Stock currently at HK$90.95, 2.38 mln shares traded so far

** Baby strollers, feeding gear manufacturer raised HK$781.8 mln ($100.6 mln) via 10.98 mln share global offering

** Says subscription level for public offering portion is 3,317.47x, international portion is 7.37x

** Proceeds earmarked for production expansion, overseas markets, R&D and working capital

** Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index .HSNC down 1.1%,  benchmark Hang Seng Index .HSI slips 0.7%
