Byotrol plc (AIM: BYOT), the developer of anti-microbial hygiene technologies,
announces that Dr. Trevor Francis, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has
transferred, in aggregate, £150,000 of convertible loan notes ("Loan Notes")
to his non-dependent children, at par value. These Loan Notes were part of the
convertible loan note fundraising announced by the Company on 28 July 2022
and, if converted, would represent approximately 4,615,385 ordinary shares in
the capital of the Company.
