Byotrol announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2021 as well as a notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which is currently planned to be open to shareholders and will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 20 October 2021 at the offices of finnCap Ltd at One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL.
