Byotrol plc (AIM: BYOT), the developer of anti-microbial hygiene technologies,
announces that all resolutions proposed at the AGM held earlier today, as set
out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, were duly passed.

The total proxy votes cast prior to the AGM were as follows:
