 * Major transaction in relation to acquisition of the entire issued share  capital of ludendo enterprises UK limited  1028.HK  
 * Company and the sellers entered into a share sale and purchase agreement Deal for cash consideration of GBP100 million 
 * Says pursuant to agreement co conditionally agreed to purchase, the sale  shares of the target company 
 * Company will satisfy the consideration from a combination of its internal resources and committed external financings
