    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday percentage decline since
Oct. 11, 2022 
    ** Gold miner says it will raise A$16.5 mln ($10.85 mln) via
placement at A$0.115 per share
    ** Issue price represents a 30.3% discount to stock's last
close on March 13
    ** Nearly 3.8 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 586,375
    ** Stock down 23% YTD, as of last close
