Australia's Calix gains on US funding for decarbonisation projects

** Shares of Calix  CXL.AX  rise as much as 2.68% to
A$0.765, posting their biggest intraday percentage gain since
Dec. 31
    ** Environmental tech co says two of its carbon dioxide
mitigation business projects have been granted funds of nearly
$3 mln by the U.S. Department of Energy
    ** Says the two projects are based in Virginia and Missouri 
    ** More than 95,900 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 311,785 shares
    ** Stock fell by 78.1% in 2024
