Australia's Cambium Bio eyes best day ever on completion of merger

** Shares of Cambium Bio  RGS.AX  rise as much as 220% to
A$0.016, its highest since early-July 2023
    ** Stock last up 140%, set for best day ever
    ** Clinical-stage regenerative medicine maker says it has
successful completed the merger with Cambium Medical
Technologies
    ** Adds, it will raise A$3.48 mln ($2.3 mln) in placement at
A$0.006 per share, a 20% premium to its last close
    ** About 22.9 mln shares change hands, in its most active
session on record
    ** Stock up ~67% YTD, as of last close
