** Shares of Australia's Cambium Bio CMB.AX rise as much as 2.2% at A$0.470, hitting their highest level since June 19 
** Stock headed for its biggest pct gain since September 4, if trend holds
** Regenerative medicine company receives firm commitments to raise A$7.1 million via share placement
** Adds placement at A$0.48 per share, representing a premium of 4.3% to co's last close 
** Adds funds to be used for Phase 3 trial, manufacturing, regulatory activities and as working capital for co's dry eye disease drug Elate Ocular 
** Stock is flat YTD
