    ** Co on Friday announced proposed acquisitions of Appshark
Software, USA and R.P.Web Apps
    ** Appshark Software deal at $5 mln, CATE said 
    ** Co shares trading above 50-day and 100-day simple moving
averages, indicating bullish trend 
    ** More than 137,372 shares changed hands by 09:42 A.M. IST,
1.3X 30-day avg 
    ** YTD stock has risen ~30%
