** U.S.-listed shares of Can-Fite BioPharma CANF.TA rise 32.3% to $4.39 premarket
** Co says overall survival in its ongoing late-stage study testing its liver cancer drug appears longer than anticipated
** The late-stage study is testing namodenoson in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma, a type of liver cancer 
** Due to the longer-than-anticipated survival observed in the study population, co is evaluating an earlier timing for the study's planned interim analysis, it says
** The survival data reflect the pooled, blinded study population and include patients receiving both namodenoson and placebo; no conclusions on namodenoson's efficacy can be drawn at this stage, CANF says
** Up to last close, stock has fallen 83.3% YTD
