Colombia's Cerro Matoso halves output due to Canacol gas supply restrictions BOGOTA, July 8 (Reuters) - CoreX Holding's Cerro Matoso ferronickel mine in Colombia said on Wednesday it had cut operations to 50% after gas supply restrictions from Canacol Energy CNE.TO forced it to temporarily stop one of its two production lines.
Cerro Matoso said it would be forced to indefinitely halt one of the two lines in the coming days if the gas restrictions remain in place or worsen.
