India's Canara Robeco AMC rises after quarterly profit, revenue jump

** Shares of India's Canara Robeco Asset Management Company CANE.NS rise as much as 2% to 224.74 rupees 
** Co's Q2 profit after tax rose 21.5% y/y to 592 million rupees ($6.21 million), while revenue jumped 17% y/y
** JM Financial ("buy", TP:300 rupees) says co's operating performance was in line with estimates, supported by stable revenue yields of 37 bps to 38 bps and operating margins of about 60%
** Adds co's quarterly average assets under management rose 4% y/y to 1.24 trillion rupees, even as closing assets fell 1% during September's market correction
** Brokerage expects co's earnings to grow at 19% CAGR over FY26 to FY29, supported by sustained mutual fund industry inflows
** YTD stock down 29.82%
