The Company has been advised that Daniel Wosner, Non-Executive Director,
purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 31p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") on 28 May 2026, as detailed below.
 
Following this purchase, Daniel Wosner has a total of 20,000 Ordinary Shares
