Change of name to Capital Limited
 
Capital Drilling announces today that following shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting held on 12 June 2020, it is changing its name to Capital Limited (the "Group"). The change of company name has been filed with the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda.  Trading of the Group's shares under the new name will commence tomorrow, 17 June 2020, at 8.00 am. The Group's ticker symbol will remain "CAPD".
