Director Dealing

 

Capital (LSE:CAPD), a leading mining services company, announces that Jamie
Boyton (Director and Executive Chair), on 2 and 3 April 2025 purchased a total
of 101,000 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") at an average price of £0.623 per
Share. After settlement of the transaction, Mr Boyton will hold a total of
21,419,886 Shares representing 10.91% of the Company's issued share capital.
