Capital Limited (LSE: CAPD), a leading mining services company, today
announces it has been notified on 3 and 6 October of the following share sale
of, and transaction in, Common Shares of the Company.

 

Brian Rudd, Executive Director, has sold a total of 1,000,000 Common Shares at
the price of £1.03 per share. Following the sale, Mr Rudd holds 11,384,902
Common Shares representing 5.79% of the Company's issued share capital.
