Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Capital Limited (CAPD:LN) announces
that Michael Rawlinson, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company,
has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of AfriTin Mining Limited (AIM:
ATM) with immediate effect.

There is no further information on Mr Rawlinson, which is required to be
disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 of the United Kingdom Listing Rules.
