Total Voting Rights

 

Capital (LSE: CAPD), a leading mining services company focused on the African
markets, announces, in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rule 5.6.1, that as at 31 March 2022, the Company has
190,721,633 ordinary shares in issue, of which 1,973,551 ordinary shares are
held in treasury.

Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company is 188,748,082. This figure
should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.

The Company notes a transposition error in the 'Transaction in Own Shares'
announcement released on 8 February 2022 at 07:15:21 under RNS No 9502A, where
the number of ordinary shares acquired and moved into treasury on 7 February
2022 was 98,139, rather than 99,139 as disclosed in the individual
transactions table. The total voting rights information included above
reflects a small correction to the treasury share number in relation to this.
