Peoples Bancorp slips on all-stock Capital Bancorp merger deal

** Shares of Peoples Bancorp PEBO.O fall 6.6% to $36.3 premarket
** Co announces deal to buy Capital Bancorp CBNK.O in an all-stock deal worth $728.1 mln, or $43.75 per share
** CBNK shares jump 8.7% to $38.8
** CBNK shareholders will own about 32% of the combined entity and receive 1.1 shares of PEBO for each CBNK share 
** As of last close, stock of PEBO up 29.4% YTD while CBNK down 22.9%
