A$0.026, its biggest intraday fall since Sept. 4
    ** Stock hits lowest since Sept. 27
    ** Mineral explorer raises A$2.5 mln ($1.6 mln) through
placement of new shares at A$0.024, which is a 20% discount to
last close
    ** Says funds will be used to advance exploration efforts at
its Murchison Gold Project
    ** Over 1 mln shares traded, 3x the 30-day avg
    ** CRS down 13.3% YTD
