** Australia-listed shares of copper miners gain as copper prices rise on a softer dollar and China demand hopes MET/L

** ASX shares of Capstone Copper CSC.AX rise as much as 5.4% to A$10.180, their highest level since January 13

** Sandfire Resources SFR.AX jumps as much as 2.4% to A$11.8, its highest point since June 18

** CSC among the top 10 benchmark .AXJO percent gainers, which is up 0.3%

** YTD, CSC stock up 3.5%, while SFR up 25.8%
