cardfactory announces that it was notified on 4 August 2025 by Darcy Willson-Rymer, Chief Executive Officer, that he acquired 18,419 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), by exercise of an option granted on 8 June 2022, pursuant to the Card Factory plc SAYE Scheme 2015.
Darcy Willson-Rymer's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 901,921 Ordinary Shares, 0.26% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
