cardfactory has been notified that on 14 May 2026, the Company's Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, Pam Powell, purchased, in aggregate, 11,853 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 67.1562 pence per share.

The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Pam Powell's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 21,728 Ordinary Shares, 0.006% of the Company's Total Voting Rights on the close of business on 13 May 2026.
