** Shares of Carnaby Resources  CNB.AX  rise as much as
16.7% to A$0.49, hitting their highest level since early August
    ** Metal explorer says survey at its Greater Duchess project
in Queensland highlights further exploration potential for
copper and gold
    ** More than 570,000 shares change hands vs 30-day avg
volume of ~300,000
    ** Stock adds 38.6% in value so for this week, on track for
its best week since January 2022
    ** However, the stock is still down about 40% YTD, including
current session's moves
