Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated with them

Castings PLC ("Castings" or "the company"), the leading iron casting and
machining group primarily focused on the European heavy truck market,
announces that Steve Mant, a PDMR of the Company, has undertaken transactions
in Company shares to facilitate a Bed & ISA transfer. Following these
transactions, Steve's total beneficial holding in the Company's ordinary
shares remains unchanged.

The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements
of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
