Director Changes
Castings PLC announces the following director changes:
With effect from 31 March 2015, Mr B J Cooke will become a non-executive director of the group, continuing in the role of Chairman.
Mr C P King will not be seeking re-election as a non-executive director at the company's next annual general meeting and will retire from the board on that date.
