Result of Annual General Meeting

The Board of Catalyst (AIM: CMX) is pleased to announce that the resolutions
proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today,
as set out in the formal Notice of AGM dated 11 December 2024, were all duly
approved by shareholders.
