Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that, on 2 November 2016, the Company purchased, in the market, in aggregate, 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in CMG ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 75p per Ordinary Share. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.
Following the above purchases, the Company now has 21,671,662 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares), which is the total number of voting rights and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The total number of Ordinary Shares now held in treasury is 25,000.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), the schedule below contains a summary of and detailed information about the purchases made by WH Ireland Limited on behalf of the Company as part of the buy-back programme.
