    ** Mineral resources explorer signs term sheet with gold
developer Brightstar Resources  BTR.AX , earning up to 80% stake
in Western Australia's Goongarrie Gold Project
    ** Says project has "several high priority gold drill
targets with growth potential"
    ** Stock soared as much as 14.3% to A$0.016 earlier in the
day to its highest since December 13, 2024
    ** BTR trades flat
    ** YTD, CAZ gains 25%, BTR up 10%
