** Shares of CDL Investments New Zealand  CDI.NZ  fall as
much 3.3% to NZ$0.735, their lowest level since July 23
    ** Residential land properties seller posts HY profit
attributable of NZ$2.7 mln ($1.62 mln) compared to NZ$5 mln a
year earlier
    ** However, co says HY revenue was NZ$16.6 mln, compared to
NZ$12 mln
    ** About 26,188 shares change hands by 0304 GMT, 1.5 times
the 30-day average volume of shares
    ** Stock has fallen 7.3% this year, as of last close
