much as 2.9% to NZ$0.72, logs biggest intraday pct gain since
July 4
    ** Stock has lost 1.4% so far in the week
    ** Residential land properties seller says purchased 10.08
hectares of land in Christchurch, New Zealand for 
    ** Deal for NZ$17.1 mln ($10.41 mln) - CDI
    ** Land will become part of wider Industrial Park Precinct
and will be developed into multiple industrial lots - CDI
    ** Stock down 14.6% YTD, as of last close
