JD.com questions timing of Ceconomy deal amid developments in Austria

BERLIN, March 30 (Reuters) - A spokesperson for JD.com 9618.HK said on Monday that it was questionable whether its acquisition of Ceconomy CECG.DE could be completed as planned in the first half of 2026 in light of current developments in Austria, without giving further details.
