Board Appointment
D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4, "the Group", "D4t4"), the AIM-listed data
solutions provider, is pleased to announce the appointment today of Helen
Gilder as an independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the D4T4 audit
committee.
Helen has a strong track record in leading fast-growth digital technology
companies on AIM. She currently sits on the board of Made Tech Group plc and
was formerly CFO of ZOO Digital Group plc. She is a member of the Yorkshire
Regional Advisory Group of the London Stock Exchange and advises a number of
growth businesses. Helen is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW.
