Date of Annual General Meeting

Celsius Resources Limited ACN 009 162 949 ("Celsius" or "Company") (ASX, AIM:
CLA) announces that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and clause 12.8
of its Constitution, the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be
held on 26 November 2025.

 

In addition, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing
to be considered for election as a director is 14 October 2025. Any
nominations must be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (WST) on 14
October 2025 at the Company's registered office.

 

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a
separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in due
course. The Notice of Meeting will be available on the ASX Market
Announcements Platform, via RNS, and the Company's website at
