Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Celsius notifies that today, 10 August 2023, the
Company was informed that Silvercorp Metals Inc ("Silvercorp") made the
following on-market disposal of ordinary shares in the Company:

Silvercorp now hold 272,986,850 ordinary shares in the Company representing a
holding of 12.15% of the issued share capital.
