ISSUE OF OPTIONS

DIRECTOR/PDMR HOLDINGS

 

Celsius Resources Limited (Celsius or CLA) (ASX, AIM:CLA) has issued 9,375,000
options over new ordinary shares exercisable at $0.01 each and expiring on 20
May 2028, to Paul Dudley and Mark van Kerkwijk (the "Options"). 4,687,500
Options have been issued to Paul Dudley and 4,687,500 Options have been issued
to Mark van Kerkwijk.
