Restoration of Trading on the ASX

Celsius Resources Limited ("Celsius" or the "Company") (ASX,AIM:CLA) refers to
its announcements of 2 and 4 February 2026 relating to the voluntary
suspension of trading in the shares of the Company on the on the Australian
Securities Exchange ("ASX").

The Company is pleased to advise that on 6 February 2026, its application to
the Supreme Court of Western Australia in connection with the purported
resignation of the Company's prior auditor in 2011 was heard and, as a result,
the Company's shares will be reinstated to official quotation on ASX on 9
February 2026.

This announcement has been authorised for release by the Board.
