Australia's Celsius Resources falls on discounted placement

** Shares of Celsius Resources CLA.AX fall 18.2% to A$0.009, their lowest level since February 13

** Mineral explorer says it has received commitments to raise A$3.3 mln ($2.08 mln) at A$0.008/share via share placement

** Issue price represents a discount of 27.3% as of the last trading day

** Says funds to be used for pre-project development support for the MCB project in Philippines among others

** Stock down 18.2% this year, including current session
